Wholesale Ordering Instructions for Our Partners

Important Note:

When you click on a product, you will see a pricing table below, showing the corresponding discount rates based on the quantity purchased.

However, we offer discounts based on product groups, not just individual items.

For example:
For the postcard product group:
When you click on a specific postcard, the discount information might display something like “Buy 120 pieces and get a 70% discount.”

You don’t need to purchase 120 pieces of just one design. You can mix and match quantities from different postcard designs as long as they belong to the same product group.

For instance, you can buy 10 pieces of each of 12 different postcard designs, totaling 120 postcards, and still receive the 70% discount.

VAT:

All product prices include 25.5% VAT.

Stock Availability:

The actual available stock is listed on the website. If you want to order a larger quantity than what’s available, please email us with the quantity you’d like to order. We will confirm the production timeline and delivery schedule.

Handmade Products:

Please note that since these are handmade products, some items may require additional production time. However, I will do my best to complete your order as quickly as possible.

Invoices:

For orders exceeding the available stock, we will send a separate invoice via email.

Special Support for New Businesses in Finland:

If you are a new business with a shop in Finland and are hesitant to place an order right away due to uncertainty about customer demand, we are happy to offer support in the spirit of sustainable collaboration. I’m willing to send you some products of your interest to display in your store. Even if there is a small display fee, we are still happy to support! Of course, when you sell the products, I will share a commission with you as per our agreement.

You can track sales over a period of three months, and if you see that the products sell well, you can then consider placing an order with us.
