Shipping policy

We ship all items from Finland.

All orders will be dispatched within 1-7 business day depending on the amount of orders (mostly around 3 days, at shop update times it can take around 7 days)

♡ Letter mail   (pretty self-explanatory) available for letter mail (flat items). This shipping process will not be tracked and has no estimated dates on how long the delivery will be.

Processing times range within 1-5 business days (holidays, special occasions may delay both processing and shipping time). 

 

Note:

Finland: Delivery time: 1-5 business days. I ship Finland orders as letter mail and might send some orders over 50€ as prio mail with tracking.

EU: Delivery time: 1-3 weeks. Letter mail (flat items) will mostly be delivered faster. I ship EU mail as letter mail with no tracking if it only contains flat items (sticker, sticker sheets, postcards, etc.). If you want to you can also choose a tracked option at checkout.

Non-EU: Delivery time: 2-6 weeks. Letter mail (flat items) will mostly be delivered faster. I ship Non-EU mail as letter mail with no tracking if it only contains flat items (sticker, sticker sheets, postcards, etc.). If you want to you can also choose a tracked option at checkout.

♡ Import tax information for Non-EU / UK Customers 

Any import taxes + fees, including VAT, are the customer's responsibility.

I will not collect nor remit VAT, so it will be collected by your country's customs office.

Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

♡ What happens if my order gets lost ♡  To avoid this problem, please double check your address thoroughly. If you order only stickers that provides no tracking, the Postal Services say they are not responsible for lost packages that are not tracked so it is out of my control, meaning there's no refund if a non- tracked order gets lost. However I will do replacements!

♡ Item missing in my order ♡  If an item was forgotten or missing in your order, please contact me and I'll try my best to help!

♡ Returns ♡ If you'd like to return something due to being unhappy with the product or if something went wrong and got damaged, please contact me and Ill happily help you out and give you a refund or a replacement. 

♡ Please remember that this is a small independent art business with a single person in charge of fulfilling orders. Processing time may waver due to certain circumstances. Shop openings, reopening, or restock might especially have a longer processing time due to a volume of orders.♡
